Officially start your planning process by sending an email or submitting an inquiry form. From here, we will get started via email before scheduling a time for a phone call. After the call, you will receive a full-recap of our conversation followed by further details on a trip planning fee. We ask for a 50% deposit to start working on the trip and the remaining balance will be charged prior to your departure. Please note, advisor fees for time & planning are non-refundable. If agreeable, we can move forward in the planning process and iron out all details before you are ready to book.
Plan & Book
After ironing out all details and developing an itinerary, we move forward with the booking process. It’s most important to book airfare and hotels once dates are set so that we can secure the best possible rates and availability.

The fun begins once the shell of an itinerary is confirmed (air + accommodation). We can then dive deeper into all concierge needs and make your trip come to life. As we plan your trip, you’ll be kept in the loop and invited to be as involved in the process as you’d like.

Before departure, you will receive a complete, digital itinerary with all arrangements from the moment you depart until you return. And now time to go enjoy and explore the trip of your dreams!
We handle every aspect of itinerary planning from flights, hotel selection and reservations, activities, touring and excursions, dining, behind-the-scenes access, and transportation.
You name it, we got you covered. Most importantly, we will passionately and creatively design a special, customized vacation, based on the length of the trip, the areas/destinations you would like to focus on and of course, your interests.

These fees are charged for our services and expertise in planning the perfect itinerary, thus ensuring that every detail is covered, each day is maximized, and the trip is seamless in every way.
